  • Feature requests: Describe the feature you'd like to see and how it would help your workflow.
  • Bug reports: Include your browser, device, and a description of what happened vs. what you expected.
  • Carrier suggestions: Tell us which carrier you'd like added and what portals would be most useful (eligibility, plan shopping, broker portal, etc.).
  • General questions: Whatever's on your mind — we read every message.

Is MultiHealthOptions free to use?

Yes. MultiHealthOptions is completely free for all licensed insurance professionals. We sustain the platform through advertising.

Is my client data safe?

Absolutely. The client intake form runs entirely in your browser. No data is ever sent to or stored on our servers. When you click "Copy to Clipboard," the data stays on your device.

Why isn't my carrier listed?

We're always adding carriers! Send us an email with the carrier name and the portal links you'd find most useful, and we'll work on adding them to the dashboard.

Can I use this for my brokerage team?

Absolutely. Many agencies use MultiHealthOptions as a team homepage during enrollment season. It provides a consistent, organized workflow for all agents.

Is MultiHealthOptions affiliated with any carrier?

No. We are completely independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any insurance carrier, CMS, or government agency. We provide links to carrier portals as a convenience for brokers.
